今日は快晴☀️
ぽかぽかと気持ちのいい一日でした。

お茶も新芽が顔を出し、季節の移ろいを感じます🌱

本日は、お茶畑の周りの草刈りを行いました。
今週末には遮光ネットをかける予定のため、作業の妨げにならないよう丁寧に整えています。
こうした一つひとつの積み重ねが、美味しいお茶づくりにつながっています🍵

4月下旬にはいよいよ摘菜の時期。
今年の新茶も、どうぞ楽しみにお待ちください。

It was a warm and pleasant day.

Fresh tea buds have started to appear, reminding us of the changing seasons 🌱

Today, we worked on cutting the grass around the tea fields.
This is to ensure it won’t get in the way when we put up the shading nets later this weekend.

Each of these small tasks plays an important role in producing delicious tea 🍵

Tea picking will begin in late April.
