香りが高い芳醇な品種を中心に栽培されています。霜などの寒さに弱く栽培が難しいため、全国でも流通量が少ない品種となっております。

つゆひかり

やさしい渋味の中に旨味と甘味が引き立つ爽やかな味わいが特徴です。お茶を淹れた時の色は、やぶきた品種に比べ緑色がとても鮮やかです。
